    State Superior Ratings (Division I): Earn consecutive Division I Superior marks at OMEA District and State Marching Band finals and Symphonic Wind Ensemble Large Group adjudicated events.

    Collegiate Masterwork Literature: Perform Grade IV and V wind band compositions by Gustav Holst, Percy Grainger, Frank Ticheli, and modern diverse composers.
    TONE 1.3
    Intonation & Harmonic Blend: Maintain section-wide strobe tuner accuracy within +/- 3 cents using daily acoustic pyramid balance techniques.

    World Music & Steel Band Innovation: Commission and debut two authentic student-arranged calypso and Latin percussion works.

    Annual Cow Patty Bingo Fundraiser: Lead the iconic Van Wert County Fairgrounds event, raising vital instrument capital while engaging over 1,500 local patrons.
    CIVIC 4.2
    Parade & Community Pageantry: Proudly headline the Van Wert Peony Festival Parade, Lincolnview Homecoming, and Middle Point Memorial Day civic services.
    YOUTH 4.3
    Junior High Feeder Clinics: Host bi-annual side-by-side concert rehearsals with Lincolnview 7th and 8th graders to inspire the next generation of Lancer artists.
